My first taste of virality on TikTok started with a simple series I created that is designed to enthuse non-beer drinkers to give beer a try. Hence the namesake “Beers You Might Like If You Don’t Drink Beer.”
My series gaining recognition didn’t happen overnight. After a few flops and failed attempts, I continued troubleshooting and engaging with my small but mighty audience as best as I could. And finally, it took off!
I’ve built something I am proud of through consistent engagement, trying new trends, and developing content that my audience finds entertaining.
The Beer Babe
The idea for The Beer Babe was conceived in the early part of 2020, pre-pandemic in fact. As a professional content creator, I wanted to try something on my own without brand limitations. I now have a thriving audience, have been tapped as a micro-influencer from PR companies across the region, and have even appeared on podcasts and a short documentary showcasing the local beer scene.
