When working with Lion’s Choice, I functioned as the day-to-day social community manager. I was the first line of response for customer appreciation (and complaints) across all social platforms and assisted in content strategy and development on a month-to-month basis whether it was with copywriting, content creation, or just social monitoring.
Additionally, I worked as the primary ad manager for the Lion’s Choice account and assisted the accounts team in developing a monthly paid advertising budget, then executed and monitored that budget through Meta Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, and Instagram Campaigns.
